Refund Policy

In the rare event that your order is built inaccurately or has a defect as defined by our cosmetic standard, Headwaters Woodworking will replace the furniture and correct the issue. Our furniture is built from solid wood that is natural and was once a tree. This can cause distressed features and natural wood movement as wood adjusts to your region's humidity. Any unique characteristics of handmade furniture are not considered defects. Please see our cosmetic standards in our FAQ. Headwaters Woodworking will also replace any items damaged in transit, as long as the damage is properly noted upon delivery per our Shipping Policy instructions. Due to the high costs of manufacturing, packaging, and freight charges, we are unable to offer returns or refunds on orders for buyers remorse.
